Wood & Stone installed a beautiful Herringbone engineered Oak floor in our lounge. Not only does our lounge look amazing, the service in which we were given was exceptional. Josh came to see the room and recommended some flooring, we were then constantly kept up to date with when it should be installed. The installers arrived on time were great guys, got it laid in a day and just got on with it task in hand. Highly recommend!

Henry was incredibly helpful throughout - we found some lovely smoked oak flooring, delivered on time and went down perfectly and now looking absolutely stunning in our drawing room. We had some left over which we wanted to use in another room and Henry went above and beyond in helping us to source an extra few boards!We?ll definitely be using again for future projects.

We had a wooden floor which we needed to match an existing wooden floor as the room had been extended due to the addition of an Orangery.Whilst it didn?t match completely due to sun fading Josh was extremely helpful and kind and and stained the whole of the old floor himself and now they look as if they were one.The team were very efficient and helpful and I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend them.

We are really pleased with our new lounge floor. From the moment we walked into the showroom to the beautifully laid new floor we have been very impressed with the levels of service and communication we received. We have just had a new wooden dining-room floor installed by Wood and Stone Floors. We have been very happy with the whole process, from meeting Henry in the shop in Tunbridge Wells; through the measuring-up; the delivery of materials; the installation (by Rob - efficient and professional); to a post-installation visit from Henry again. At each stage the three people from the company that we dealt with were knowledgeable and friendly. This is possibly the most stress-free home improvement activity we have ever had done. We would definitely recommend Henry and colleagues to others.

I am rarely prompted to write reviews like this, but then exceptional service is sadly also fairly rare. I cannot speak more highly of the service and support provided by Henry and the team at Wood and Stone Floors. I wasn't a big spender, but time and again they bent over backwards to help me. They went above and beyond and I could not recommend them more highly.

We had an outstanding experience with Wood and Stone Floors in Tunbridge Wells. Henry looked after us from start to finish as we chose the best kind of floor to replace water damaged oak boards in the kitchen section of our open plan room. We now have beautiful Italian porcelain tiles creating a natural limestone effect. The floor was expertly fitted by Lef in just over a day and Henry dropped by to make sure all was well. I cannot recommend this friendly, family business too highly. Customer service, product and fitting all of the hugest quality! We will be using them again!
