Vodafone has really gone from world class to awful over last decade, mobile service is poor in the uk, i know they over extended themselves and had to sell off all those minority stakes internationally but as a customer of over 25 years I just don?t recognise what they have become, guess you have just given up and want to rinse as much money out of customers as possible while trying to offer 10 percent off coupons, such a shame will be heading elsewhere as soon as possible

The shop is fine, it's the network that's the problem and the company in general. Service is awful on every level, just avoid Vodafone completely is my advice after a few years of phone and broadband problems. I've had enough now, never going back.

Jim, the store manager is knowledgeable and gave us outstanding customer service. Working in a retail environment myself I know how hard it can be to achieve and maintain the high standards that he does. He put my sons needs first and was very good at building rapport with him to, well done Jim five stars ??
