I recently went to Tunbridge Wells branch to get my frame repaired. They said the maximum they chage for this is £40 but my repair was very minor so they said it will be even less than £40. This only to repair the frame. I agreed.
After 2 weeks, they called me and asked for £60! I have been emailing (no phone answer) and also complaint to head office but no reply. Today they have agreed to charge £40 which again is too much for a small fix. I wish I went to an online repair compay. My advice to others is, get the fixed price to start with and ask them to give it in writing.

Can't say opticians are high on my list of desirable places to hang out. But, that being said - appointment made, appointment kept. Helpful staff. Eye exam was thorough. As a wearer of glasses, with a high rate of attrition &/or wear and tear, there was a good choice of options. Similarly for lenses.

Fabulous staff, always a smile and made to feel special no doubt they really care about you. Answered all my questions definitly no hard sell I was told there is no need to change perception. Realise this sounds over the top but would not trust my eyes anywhere else after ten or so years.

Superb customer care, helping me after I broke the frame of my specs three days before a holiday. Two branches of Vision Express liaising with each other to find a replacement frame, I now have new specs for our holiday. Thank you Tunbridge Wells and Crowborough branches!!

I recently booked a contact lens trial and I wanted to express what a wonderful helpful service I received with Natasha, she guided me through the process making me feel positive and confident about wearing them.
She is professional, friendly and at no time was I made to feel rushed making the whole experience a pleasure.
I also saw Lauren, the Optometrist who took time making sure the lenses were right for me and answered any questions I had
