went in today with my friend for the free international women?s day and it was amazing !! loads of equipment to use, staff were friendly and super helpful (especially perry) and the free gifts were a massive bonus !! thank you and will defo be returning x

The gym equipment itself is good and there?s lots of it. That is the only positive.The changing rooms need lots of work.Most of the staff are inexperienced kids just loitering around.Although the equipment is good, and it may be that it?s cleaned when the gym closes - I have never once seen any equipment or floors cleaned.Unless you have noise cancelling headphones, don?t bother bringing any, as they blast the same unwanted music every day.**IMPORTANT - Finally, the worst part of this gym - when you cancel your membership, they continue to charge you. This has not only happened to me but multiple other people I know. Clearly there is some seriously sketchy management going on here, trying it on. A real shame as the gym has high potential, but is run poorly.

Great gym in a huge space and plenty of equipment. The staff are always welcoming and helpful and the price for what the gym offers is great!

Great gym with a plenty of space and a decent amount of equipment. Decent atmosphere where people just get on with their work out and it isn't flooded with teenagers sitting on equipment for ages. I only really come during off-peak times so can't say how busy it gets. I don't think the "people in gym" counter on the app is always accurate. I reckon they could do with an additional pec fly/rear felt fly machine. Parking is pretty limited but you can park on the street nearby. Admin experience not ideal too... I requested my membership be paused whilst I was dealing with an injury. It as confirmed via email they'd pause it for 2 months but the monthly fee was still taken. Still, probably one of the best gyms in the area. Nearly 5 stars but a few minor improvements would make a difference.

Really good gym but needs attention to a few things. For a gym this size it?s getting tatty. Only 2 row machines , one not working the other foot strap too short. Very tatty handles for the cable cross that are broken and ready for the bin. Some of the 20kg plates have had it but still in use. These are only small things that make a difference so hopefully the management take note.

Amazing facilities with all the equipment you could need. Super friendly and helpful staff. In general a great community and anyone can be part of it for as little as £13 a week! Best gym in the area by far.

Having been to every gym in the area for a visit or a trial, this is the one for me. Huge, well laid out area with lots of machines and equipment for different training styles. Parking is a bit of an issue, and it can get slightly crowded and the music can be a touch overbearing, but other than that, no complaints.

Been going since it opened, the gym has a great atmosphere and is very social with lots of great people who train there. However I?ve become more disappointed over time with the lack of care over the actual gym itself, it?s almost as if no one is in charge. Most of the weights plates have deteriorated over the last year missing the inner rings so wobble around a lot on the barbell. No one seems to put plates back and there seems to be a lack of plates in general on heavy machines. Whenever I?ve put this forward to anyone at the desk it?s always on ?their list to do? but never actually gets done. Also not really any new machines been added over the three years mainly stuff been removed. Like the cage and the parkour area? would also be nice to see more blocks for the community of Olympic lifters as the one set that is there seems to be falling apart. And some cast iron plates for the growing power lifting community!

Great gym, great staff, only complaints are size of car park and changing rooms. But given the quality of the gym itself and equipment I don't mind this at all. Fairly priced also.

Best gym in Tunbridge Wells! I was trying to find a half decent gym in the local area and spent weeks trying to find one that suits me. As soon as I found this gym I had to start a membership and I have continued to go this gym for months and not had a single problem would recommend for anyone!
