Great service indeed and what really impressed me was the sheer determination to find the best solution they could offer. I visited the Tunbridge Wells store this week and I was confronted with staff members walking past customers with no tops on and shouting at other members of staff. I found it totally unprofessional and poor team ship. Disputes shouldn?t be allowed on shop floor let alone in front of the customers.

We always use this Company for our bits and pieces, but disgusted they are not allowed to display Christmas decorations.Shame on you Toolstation Head Office, bowing down to the "Woke" cretins that are allowed to run riot over Companies like yours simply because you don?t have the balls to stand up to them."Grow a pair" and stand for what is right!Whether you like it or not, this is a Christian Country and staff should be able to celebrate Christmas if they so choose!

Received an email saying my complete order was ready for collection. Cycled 30 mins to collect and told they don't have it. Won't be using Toolstation ever again. Am I supposed to call to check everytime I get an order confirmation? This has never happened at Screwfix and I've ordered from them over 100 times.
