??Unprofessional stuff in Tunbr Wells shop ( Holly )
As we discussed at the phone for a item ( BLACK & RED BLAZER )
Driving 30 minutes to the shop and surprise ( different colour)
Anyway?.really disappointed

Great shopping experience, but lacking a restroom
I had a pretty good experience shopping at this TK Maxx. The store is large, clean, and quiet, making it a pleasant place to browse. The selection is great, and I was able to find some good deals. However, I was surprised and disappointed to find that there are no restroom facilities in the store. For families shopping with kids, this is a big inconvenience. If you?re planning to spend a while shopping, you?ll have to leave the store to find a restroom, which doesn?t make much sense for such a large store. It would definitely improve the experience if they added a toilet for customers.

I didn?t even want to give it a 1 star. The staff are very immature & unprofessional!! Although it wasn?t nice for the staff to clear up I get that but a customer had obviously had an accident. Staff were laughing & making remarks about this customer on the shop floor, very loud! My mum made a comment saying they may of had a disability & couldn?t help it. A particular staff member said she doesn?t care!! Whilst walking around I could hear the staff saying ?come and watch the video? whilst they were laughing. Obviously got cctv up of this customer!! Spoke to a manager. He apologised but he was one that was watching this video & laughing too!! This is disgusting & shocking behaviour & I will never go in this shop again if that?s what management think is acceptable!!

I go here because I need something but usually come out with several things more.
I like the range of goods you can find here.
Only down side is that you do have to rummage, but sometimes that means finding the unexpected!
