Large store with lots of homeware items. Purchased a dinner set with matching cups. Ceiling had fell in with water dripping everywhere in one part of the shop. Not much done in terms of blocking that bit off for the safety of anyone. One stop shop for the home as they sell a lot of different items from make up, washing powder, cutlery, stationary, decorative items, pictures, lighting, dog food, car stuff, storage, cushions, bedding, drinks, bird food, garden tools. Pretty much everything even have freezers with food in which I think is Icelands. Parking is in a multi storey car park which isn't sign posted well. One lift was out of order and the other felt like you were taking your life in your hands using it but at least it didn't smell like public toilets. Trolley selection was poor and they were certainly looking worse for wear making me want to sanitise after use. Got what I needed at a decent price but probably time for management to inject some cash and do some repairs and improvements.

Rude staff old lady bad attitude they was redcued sticker on my lamp shades she wasn?t going give me discount yet says on it awful customer service, get home find new bathroom cabinet damaged now have return it again so annoying

They accused me of shoplifting and forced a bag search without any evidence.
Poor customer service too - completely ignored any complaints made. It shows that they are not a serious business

A decent shop but sadly a lot of items are broken like the rabbit chews and items are either not in stock or are just not their, staff can vary from helpful to people who just don't want to be their.

Such rude staff!!
Firstly hardly any staff around, when you find someone your treated in a rude manner making you feel like you?re an inconvenience, eventually help you might as well do their job for them extremely disappointed!!!
