First visit to the Chapel today and what a lovely experience from start to finish. A warm welcome, excellent discussion about my hair and what I wanted/would suit. It?s also a beautiful space with great coffee. My stylist Claire cut and dried my hair really well, I?m very happy with the result, and it?s very reasonably priced for a such a premium salon. Highly recommend.

My hairdresser, Pietro, knew exactly what I wanted even when I showed him two entirely different inspiration photos (woops). He listened to me and was really lovely to chat to and did my hair BEAUTIFULLY. This is my favourite place to get my hair styled and cut. I recommend it to everyone!

Client care at The Chapel in Tunbridge Wells is really something else. I chanced upon the salon one weekday morning when others were busy and I needed to feel great for a work meeting.I've now visited several times and I feel like I have been to a spa when Pietro has simply washed and styled my hair.An hour is standard. The Chapel isn?t long hair friendly.I had 6 inches of my hair cut off without my consent over 6 months ago. I felt bullied by the man who cut off my hair, and didn?t feel fully supported or listened to by the salon, (with the exception of the lovely Charlie who comforted me while I cried). I?m writing this review now because the experience is continuing to impact my mental health, and I want to prevent what happened to me happening to anyone else.Service: Hairstyling

Absolutely the best salon and experience around.All of the staff are welcoming , friendly, and knowledgeable. You are pampered throughout your stay. The head massages during your hair wash are just amazing too!I will be a long standing client x

Fantastic place!Beautiful environment and the staff genuinely cares about you.Sarah truly listened and tried her best to fix my hair which was ruined after a nightmare cut a month earlier. There wasn?t much to work with but I?m still very happy with the result!I?ll definitely be back once my hair has grown longer again.

I?m really blow way by the quality and service of all staff Chappell tunbridge wells, especially with my Italian hairdresser Pietro.I never meet someone so skilled and professional like him.Pietro can ready your mind and he knows what is the best for your hair, and my curly hair is not easy to dealing with.The chapel is very lucky to have him as member of staff.Tchau bello, se eu next time.Marcos

Selfishly I don?t want to review Pietro and his amazing cutting style. The more people who discover this genius of creativity the less chance I have of booking an appointment. I think though that it is my duty to fellow hair growers that, after nearly two years of 7 weekly chops, I tell you all about The Chapels? secret weapon that is Pietro. Other secret creativity weapons are available specialising in stying different lengths, colouring etc. do your head a favour and pay The Chapel a visit. My first haircut in 18 months or so and I could not be happier with the results.Peter was fantastic, and I walked out feeling 10 foot tall. Would recommend without hesitation.
