Expensive express prices despite not being open for the longer express store hours, rarely any tills available so you have to go through the machines.
Only 3 stars because the staff are friendly.

The staff are just amazed and they make the store what it is. They are a credit to tesco.
Sadly there's a but - their prices are dreadful, more expensive than the main Tescos and not just a few pence - 40p upwards. It's sad as I've started buying from other shops in Tunbridge Wells as they are massively cheaper.

Nice little corner shop that has most things you might need in your everyday life. Lovely range of flowers for a small shop and they stay fresh for long. Produce freshness and taste are ok, but can't be compared to those of M&S. They have a small bakery corner and free-from range products, as well as a chemist corner where you can buy paracetamol etc.

Convenient shop in the Town Centre. Prices are sometimes a little higher due to it being an express store but still reasonable on a lot of products. Always found the staff very friendly and helpful as well as the management. Shop here regularly and in general a pleasant store to shop in

The staff accused me and my boyfriend of trying to buy alcohol for minors and the person on self checkout moved a trolley so we couldnt leave. We didnt even know who we were accused of getting served for and the staff were extremely rude, unprofessional and spoke about us as if we were not there. Literally the worst tesco in the world with the worst staff in the world they said they were going to review the cctv and ban us (we didnt even do anything wrong) and then served us the alcohol anyway. Age discrimination from staff who are extremely rude and ambushed us and I have anxiety which caused me to almost have a panic attack

I hate this place so much, not because of the food, the food is great but because of the customer service. It?s absolutely trash and the people there don?t even care about you. Don?t go there if you like rude people like customer service. Plus, they aren?t helpful at all. Not going there again

You pay more for the convenience of the store's location. Marks and spencers in the town centre is a lot cheaper for most products. For instance marks and Spencer's beans small can small can 35P Tesco's 1 pound 15Absolute joke when it comes to clubcardDon't waste your money shop around
