I tried dying my hair at home and absolutely screwed it up before I had a big event but luckily SW1 absolutely saved my life! I DM?ed their Instagram page and Rochelle responded within the hour and managed to squeeze me in before my event and restored my hair to exactly what I wanted. I've been in TW for a year now and have tried a few salons, but I really haven't been blown away by the end result until today. As a birthday treat, I went to SW1 hair and beauty for the first time. I was seen by Nicola. She was professional, knowledgeable, witty and able to execute exactly what I wanted- even with limited time on my end. First time visiting SW1 today and I was really impressed with my experience. I had the lovely Lauren cut my hair. She was very professional and understanding about my hair loss journey. She did a fantastic job and I have booked my next appointment with her already. The atmosphere in the salon was relaxed and the other staff were friendly.

Just had my hair colour corrected, then a beautiful ash blonde with champagne hues and a cut with Pedro. Literally cannot recommend enough! I am literally IN LOVE with my hair!! Thank you so much. I could not be more pleased. I have had fine thin hair for ever and needed a confidence-boost approaching 70 and having to attend a few family engagements. I visited SW1 and had a one to one consultation, free, with the owner Pedro, before deciding on hair extensions to give me the bounce and volume I wanted. Pedro was sooo nice, he gave me as much time as I needed and was made to feel very welcome not only by him but by all his staff. He examined my hair and gave his recommendations showing me samples and discussing all the options available to me including cost and aftercare. He is totally knowledgeable, personable and always very professional. We decided on a certain type of extensions, two blends of blonde to match my highlighted hair exactly, and made an appt the following week to do it. I felt really excited and confident my hair was in the right hands. On the day, the whole process including roots colouring (blending to create a natural look), extensions and cut, took about 4 hours. Pedro works with wonderful girls and there is a real sense of friendship and family in the salon, they are actually funny and time flew by as it was a really enjoyable afternoon. I consumed countless cups of delicious coffee and watched in awe as Pedro worked methodically and gently transforming my thin tired hair into a really beautiful mane of highlights that looked amazingly my own! ..You can see a mini video of my « before and after » on the SW1 website insta, I can honestly say the result exceeded my expectations. Afterwards Pedro invited me to come a fortnight later for a free shampoo & blow dry, including an inspection of the extensions for any possible corrections ( none were needed, all good and invisible as these were well placed ). I will go back again in 3 months to have the extensions taken out and replaced, this is a commitment I am happy to make and budget for as I feel it is definitely worth it. I cannot recommend SW1, Pedro, Lily, and his crew, high enough. Probably the best hairdressing experience for me so far.. and I had a few! Oh ..and they have the cutest dog in there too. I am adding 3 photos of my hairstyling at home, one of them is a selfie without extensions.. you can see the difference! Do look at the video on their website, it shows the end result from the back. And to anyone with flat and thin hair.. don?t despair! Pedro is there ?.Service: Hair extensions
