Horrible Experience today at Superdrug Tunbridge Wells TN1 2TB
I had a truly disappointing experience at Superdrug today. I went to the store specifically to purchase a product that was on offer and confirmed as in stock on the Superdrug app. I even checked with other staff members, who kindly acknowledged it was available.
However, one employee named Serah was extremely rude and outright refused to give me the item. Despite being told by others that it was in stock, she kept insisting it wasn?t and refused to assist any further. I had travelled quite a distance to get there, and as a paying customer, I find this kind of behaviour unacceptable.
If someone is unhappy in their role, perhaps it?s best to let someone who is willing to offer respectful customer service take the position. Refusing to sell an item that is clearly in stock is not only unprofessional it?s wrong.
Really disappointed in Superdrug for allowing this kind of service. I hope this is addressed so other customers don?t have to go through the same experience. Very very disappointed.

The store itself is great well organised and layed out.
The older lady who serves behind the tills is always so lovely and friendly, today I went in and we needed assistance at the till, she called for help from the manager through the head set. The store wasn't busy. I could hear from across the store the manager complaining about being called to the till. I was in shock so smiled along. The way she spoke to her colleague behind the till was outrageous, as far as I'm aware management are there to help and it seemed like a massive inconvenience to her. To the lady behind the till who has amazing customer service skills, I'm sad that she was treated this way especially in front of a customer!

Very fair pricing, everything was very organised and neat. Remy was very helpful in helping me find the items I requested. Would definitely recommend shopping here.

The absolute worst staff, EVER EVER EVER. They never say please or thank you at the tills and if they do look at you they sneer at you like they're doing you a favour. If you all hate your jobs so much, LEAVE and let people with basic nanners do the job instead!

The shop is overall nice and usually fully stocked etc. however I overheard today as I was doing some usual shopping for a face wash I saw this young girl (maybe 12 or 13) looking at items with her friends when all of a sudden the girl noticed her bag was leaking all over the floor, she immediately took her water out of her bag and closed it properly, upset about it she wiped up the water the best she could before a worker who was clearly watching the girls before came up and said quote unquote ?if you?re just going to make a mess you should get out? i find this incredibly rude as the poor girl was trying her best to clean it up. Nice shop though

Superdrug is a vibrant and colorful supermarket located at Calverley Park next to The Royal Victoria Place. The first thing I noticed was the wonderful attendants who are always jovial and ready to help. The store is spacious and well-stocked with cosmetics, health products, supplements, drinks, makeup, skincare, fragrance, hair care items, and more. However, one drawback is the lack of clear tags or signs on the shelves, making it difficult to find specific products. On the positive side, their loyalty program offers significant discounts, and even without it, prices remain generally average. Additionally, the store is accessible for individuals with physical challenges. Overall, it's a pleasant place to shop.

The staff are always kind and helpful, but I would prefer better signs and a better organised layout to help me find the haircare products I wanted.There is sometimes a bit of a wait to pay -- but I really appreciated the checkout person pointing out an offer on goods in my basket.
