The staff are always kind and helpful, but I would prefer better signs and a better organised layout to help me find the haircare products I wanted.There is sometimes a bit of a wait to pay -- but I really appreciated the checkout person pointing out an offer on goods in my basket.

Lovely, fresh, colourful, well-lit shop, the staff always friendly and ask you if you need help. There's lots of staff, lots of stock, unusual exciting items, exclusive products and offers. Unlike Boots, which have half their ceiling lights off, no staff around to ask for help, messy areas, and empty shelves. I'm going to Superdrug first from now on.
