Guys?This hook has been waiting for repairs for too long. I come to your place every few months and every time I see this in the fitting room, I struggle with it. Do you want me to come and fix it it for you? It only takes 10 minutes ?

I recently purchased a pair of shoes for my son from this branch. He wasn?t with me at the time and so bought what I thought was his size. However a few days later I returned to the store to get a refund as my wife went online and ordered a pair in his correct size. To my surprise they said they didn?t have to offer me a refund! Where is the common decency and good will in this country gone, I thought this was part of our consumer rights. Beware of this store and certainly the uncompassionate manager and staff. All they want is to take your money then leave you high and dry. I won?t be shopping here again. Hope they go out of business?

I had the worst customer service experience ever. I ordered a UK size 10.5, but both times I received a size 10 instead. I had to pay delivery charges twice, and now I'm hesitant to place a third order. I spoke with their customer service team via chat, and they were unhelpful and refused to assist me. I didn't expect this from Sports Direct, but now I understand why they have low ratings and negative feedback.

Bad returns policy. Credit note or exchange only. Online prices different from store price. Limited range in store compared to online. £4.99 for click and collect delivery to store. Other shops it is free. I won't shop there again . Finally had enough. Staff are nice it is the company that is the problem.

Always a long walk from entrance to checkout right at other end of the store. Not always easy to navigate alone the store. Otherwise, always worth a visit on cost alone, there's always something on sale or reduced as it's just coming out of season.

Not only was the female that served me rude and very unpleasant but the hoody I bought is so poor in quality that I've thrown it away and won't go there again!

Great range of products but you won?t find anyone offering to find you the right pair of shoes or help you out with shoe sizes. As other reviewers have stated here: great range of stock, very poor customer service.

Poor customer service
I bought a decent pair of Puma trainers for my daughter, the till charged a different price (only £3 higher) than on the shelf barker.
When I queried they said it was the customer's fault as someone had put the shoe in the wrong place.
The staff need to attend customer service training, as the level they operate at puts me off returning.

Very poor shop placed an order and paid £ 9.98 for quick delivery ringing them millions of times not responded.
Thei didn't send me a email to say I've paid the item plus the quick delivery. Not recommended at all to anyone. Very upset. ?????

Good value and a great choice but I would recommend not going on a weekend as it gets crowded and there is very little room to walk between all the racks.

Despite its impressive range of products, the shopping experience at Sports Direct is marred by the lackluster service provided by the attendants. This lack of attentiveness detracts from the overall customer experience and suggests a need for improvement in staff training and recruitment processes. I have been there twice and it wasn't what i expected and got a bit frustrated.

Very poor customer service - this place is run by children - where are the 'adults'?Before purchasing the same item in 2 different sizes I spoke to the cashier and said my intention was to return with the size that wasn't suitable. At no point did he say I wouldn't be able to get a refund. I took the one of the sizes back today expecting a refund. I tried to explain to a different cashier that I was misinformed when I made my purchase. Nothing they can do, it's 'company policy'. Not happy.

Worked out as one staff on the till yet three in store. Huge ques at 10:40 on a Sunday. Never enough staff. Spoke to staff member but still didn't want to take my money, the clip board was more important. Also poor returns policy. Read before buying.
