I purchased a used car from you in January and when i got home, the Heated seat function decided not to work, so I contacted branch the same day as purchase and was told to visit local authorised repairer to investigate and fix as I live a distance from Tunbridge Wells.I organised a local "Authorised repairer" to view the car, but when I arrived I was informed that they couldnt do anything and sent me back to Tunbridge Wells to organise repair/investigation.I spoke to a member of staff over the phone who advised that I would have to wait 30 days for my warranty to kick in and could get the car looked at. I didnt accept that and rang the warranty team who said that the warranty is active and should have no problems, so rang Tunbridge Wells again and was advised the same thing to wait 30 days to log the issue.I became frustrated and contacted sister branch in Hastings, who asked me to attend within a week to conduct investigation.They found the fault and have ordered the part under warranty, but also found one of the tyres was well below legal limit so they would also replace this (annoyed with this as I asked Tunbridge Wells if tyres ok as saw issue on MOT and was told that all was complete and ready to go as had been serviced).About a week after this visit, I found the car was overheating and going through a bottle of coolant every day, so contacted Hastings again who asked for me to return to conduct another investigation and they found that the water pump had failed, so would need to repair under warranty again.All was fine for a week after that and the car is showing the same issue of overheating and consuming coolant at a rapid rate.For example a 5 minute drive to shops (3 miles) and the car overheated twice (130 degree and codes on dash) and consumed all of the coolant, then overheated twice more coming back after waiting hour or so for car to cool down.I have booked to return to Hastings for another investigation, but all I want to do is give car back and get refund as the car is not fit for purpose and is not reliable.Tried contacting Tunbridge Wells to do this and have had no return of calls, so have escalated to ombudsman.Dont expect this many issues with a car that I purchased less than 2 months ago.

Not going to waste anymore of my time on this garage than I already have done, so my blunt review will reflect their dismissive attitude. Have taken my car in three times here, with the same fault (under warranty, so no choice) and the response is one of I don't know and I don't care on each occasion.

Bought a car from them on may 2023, within 2 months a buzzing weird sound came from music system. They said need to order a part, it's 6 months running and still didn't hear anything from them yet. Very disappointed

Bought a electric car off them in May 2023. 2.5 weeks later it developed a fault, which they were unable to look at due to a problem with a machine, with another fault developing one shortly after this. I have made contact on multiple occasions about this, through phone and email, and get informed my details will be passed on to the site manager to call me. I never hear from anyone.Happy to sell you a used car but seemingly less happy to provide after sales when multiple problems occur that indicate the car was probably not fit for sale.

I had a great experience with the parts department at this dealer. Sienna was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me find the exact part I needed for my Vauxhall. I needed a Thermostat housing for the car and she ordered it for next day delivery and I received it all without a problem. I can highly recommend her!

Avoid, will sell you a off the street lease car without any sort of inspection.Sold us a car witj locked up brakes, bad usb,and wiring problems....On a 2 year old car with 10k miles....

Had a bad experience with these lot. Car went in for a MOT because I couldn?t get time off work for my normal mechanic to do the work. Since then had problems after problems. Firstly went in for a MOT which needed a few bits fixed as shown on the video they sent me. They fixed them which didn?t cost much and low and behold my glow plugs needed changed so I asked them to fix it. Then I had a 8 year service. After that they was pushing to me to get my aircon re gassed. I agreed costing £144. They gassed it and I didn?t notice because it was cold but when the outside warmed up my aircon didn?t work so I asked them to look at it as it was working when it went to them first before gassing. They said it was seized ?why would you gas?s something which was seized? They said a new unit would cost over £1200 ? I said it was working when it went into get gassed but they started blaming me? Anyway to cut a long story short. I know there?s a lot of good comments on here and they did put a new aircon in my car and fixed other stuff but just be careful with these and get a second opinion if you can as they?re expensive and I feel a bit ripped off because it seems strange and full of coincidences that you will have a minor repair to be fixed which leads to major problems and you will have to pay a lot more in the long run. I?m never going back there and wish them all the best for the future as their future looks really bleak having to just fix car batteries when EVs get fully rolled out ?

Had vauxhall cars for last 10 years couldn't speak highly enough of them, since this SLM have taken over I won't use them again, had my car in for 3 weeks now not started it yet, try to ring never answer, say they are waiting for a part??say they will call back never do, they are main dealer s, how can they not get the part.. ?

SLM Tunbridge wells is a scammer. I am very disappointed with their attitude. A week ago I had an appointment for MOT .They told me you are Fail. They told me I have a problem with drive shaft joint constant velocity boot split or insecure they also showed me a picture. I asked them how much money it would cost me to fix my car. they told me 170 pounds. I told them that I didn't want them to fix my car and I left. I go to my mechanic to fix my car. He started and I saw that I had no problem. From SLM Vauxhall Tunbridge Wells they tried to scam me by telling me i had a problem and taking £170 from me.When i went back to them after 5 days for second MOT I haven't fixed anything on the car and then they told me i passed. Be careful when you go to them, they will scam you .

poorly prepared used car, the car we went to look at had a few bits of damage these where repaired, but the quality of the body shop repair was not good, poor spraying, runs in paint, trims not repaired, over spay, warning lights on the dash board, car was not a grade that you would expect from a dealer asking top money for it,
