“Great service here, however it really irritates me when they try pushing the ‘protective shoe spray’ - should shoes not come with all relevant protections….going down the route of Ryanair. Soon they’ll ask if the want laces!!”
“For the size of it, it's got lots of good food as well as lots of clothing. Ground floor is men's and food. First floor is women's etc. Plant based food is now stocked too which is a winner!”

“Went in hoping to find matching accessories for MOB outfit, found a bag that worked perfectly but no shoes to match. Asked Jo if they had shoes to go with the bag and although she said not in store she spent a considerable amount of time helping me look online to see if we could find something suitable. Unfortunately its very hard to tell on a computer screen if something will match so we had to give up but I was really impressed with the effort Jo went to to try and help me.”

“Went to Clark’s because of their amazing range of boots. Amy the staff at tunbridge wells branch was super helpful. She not only knew the products, she was also very patient in explaining what I would need in winter to be warm. I bought 2 pairs of shoes . Clarks quality is amazing.”
“Staff are visible and approachable but not on top of you as soon as you walk in. Service is quick and the shop is very tidy. Music is great, but lost a star for being SO loud, which is great fun, until you need to hear somebody. Shop is very tidy and well organised”
“Always a long walk from entrance to checkout right at other end of the store. Not always easy to navigate alone the store. Otherwise, always worth a visit on cost alone, there's always something on sale or reduced as it's just coming out of season.”
