I will email you but you need to know I went elsewhere bought what I needed elsewhere (not Screwfix). There I was received by very helpful staff. The other store was near to you. It was not a large purchase but my very poor experience at Screwfix TW lead me to leave this review and because of it I walked out of your store my departure was directly because of your staff member.
