The lady on the till at Sainsbury's fuel station exercised very poor judgement. My 31 year old son was not allowed to buy a cider because he was supposedly underage (his hair is greying), even when he was able to prove his age. She even made a very poor joke about it. I believe this was insulting and demonstrated poor judgement if not prejudice.

Don't use your phone near a petrol pump unless you want a Darwin award. I can't believe somebody is upset the staff told them to stop! Lol!

Hoover is rubbish and couldn't pick up a fly. Staff have been told but it never gets fixed don't use it, Its a rip off

I just filled with petrol at this station, the sales person just shouted on the loudspeaker telling someone to get off their phone. It made me, along with everyone else on the forecourt, jump out of our skin. We were all looking around in shock. Hope whoever was the target of that shouting is ok - if you read this, my heart goes out to you. That rudeness and aggression was totally uncalled for. So weird.

Car wash is 50/50 if it will be working. The vacuum is never working. 2 stars as the staff are polite and friendly. Feel sorry for them as Sainsbury?s doesn?t maintain this station well at all.

There is NO Cafe & NO Pharmacy!? Neither a Cafe of any type or a Pharmacy are run by Sainsbury on this site in Tunbridge Wells

Extremely rude blonde member of staff in the garage. Was impolite and Told me to go to her college but her college was too busy talking to another member of staff. Not great customer service.

one of the better Supermarket Cafes A reasonable range of meals at a decent price Just be careful of the time when parking, Shopping & eating as the cameras only give you about 1 1/2-2hrs or you get a fixed Penalty charge!!!
