Lol getting refused for a paracetamol with the ID that I crossed the border with 2 weeks ago and clearly shows my date of birth of over 25. Staff are not educated enough to know all visa and BRPs are now electronic and I cannot be issued a physical card unless I am a citizen and have a national Id. Idk if they want me to carry my passport every time Im buying pain meds or red bull. Been using this ID for 1 year for anything including bank and visa applications never had a problem. Still login into the government website with the same ID card number ! Sainsburys never again

Everytime I visit the store in the evening the security guard watches me like a hawk, I appreciate he has a job to do, however being watched over and followed round the store while I choose what I would like for dinner that evening makes me feel uncomfortable, I choose to not pick up very much and definitely don't feel comfortable enough to browse products.
Its getting to the point now where I am considering walking a further way home just to avoid going into that store, all the other staff are lovely people and will help anyone, but It feels to me now, that the security guard is just way way over the top.
Its sad because I really like sainsburys quality of food and range they provide, unfortunately I just don't feel comfortable shopping in your store when that security guard is working.

Went in there yesterday after work to buy a red ball the same security guard was watching me down every ille and everyone I was going to difrent Ile to look for something to eat he was still fowlng me after all that person at till refused me red ball it's a joke there don't go ?

The security guard who is tall and has a greyish beard, followed me and my friends around the store assuming we were shoplifting and was getting very close to my female friends which made them very uncomfortable with this situation. Be careful of this guy.

Rude customer services missing items from my order and they are responsible as they pack the bags. She said there's nothing she can do about the 15 pounds worth of shopping I need tonight and that it's not their problem.

I have lost count of the number of times the price advertised on the shelf is lower than the price when you scan the item at the till.

Hi. I am not sure why I can't buy redbull and beer together???? I was refused? Is it a law? The lady was so rude, she took my beer away and said that I can not purchase it with redbull together? I am.38 yo.. no 15 !

A lovely lady called Emily answered the phone to me this morning. I was trying to get a newspaper added to the delieveroo. She was an absolute star. I can't praise her enough. Thank you Emily. Happy Xmas.

Manager should be fired. Most staff are helpful and friendly except for the blonde girl who is constantly texting while "serving" customers. I had to have her come back twice to my self serve checkout because she was to busy texting to do her job properly the 1st time. She is texting or taking on the phone when I am trying to buy something at the rare time they have someone at the till.The staff are running around filling online orders and ignoring customers in the store. Sub managers are incompetent and just don't care about customers. I tried to buy 4 cans of Corona beer yesterday. Oe course the scanner didn't recognise the barcode and the girl asked the manager who said, "Well, we don't sell it then. The girl at the till said "of course we do" and figured out that she had to scan the barcode on the bottom of the packaging.I stress, most of the staff are great. All of the managers are horrible and obviously don't care. I will not come back and will take this shoddy management to task.

Always handy for basics, with a good range of fresh food. Even if I can't fund exactly what I wanted there's usually a substitute available. I find the layout confusing and the checkouts are cramped. The staff are friendly and helpful, however.

Sainsbury local is a collection of products with pocket friendly price. I visited the one in tundbridge wells and the experience was wonderful. The arrangement and the court layout is something desirable. It creates a sense of welcoming. The staff were welcoming always willingly to give helpful hand. Fantastic culture. Well done guys
