I couldn?t recommend Rosie highly enough! From my first communication with her she has been very friendly and helpful. I needed a colour correction which I didn't believe could be fixed but Rosie worked her magic and I now have a beautiful natural balayage! Rosie was great! From the moment we had the online meeting I knew I had found someone who was going to work with me to find the right solution for me. It?s only the first appointment and not only do I feel great but I have had lots of lovely comments on my hair too. Rosie takes the time to find out about you and what you and what you need. Rosie is simply the best! Her eye for colour and what suits my skin tone is amazing. She has blended away my greys and I no longer have that harsh line of regrowth.Rosie listens to what I would like, makes suggestions and ensures I am 100% happy before I leave the salon. I knew the minute I spoke to Rosie she was going to change the way I do my hair for the better. Very disappointed with the service. I have booked treatment and blow dry for 2.30 pm for my wedding Anniversary.At 12.30 I called just to check if my hair can be pinned and was told that my appointment was cancelled and Rosie has sent me an email which I haven?t seen as it went to my junk. I would of appreciated a phone call or at least a txt message which I definitely would of seen. I think the communication method should be reviewed- if I knew first thing in the morning I would of had more chances to go elsewhere.This is the second time I was let down. I won?t be returning

I paid £300 for a straightening 4 months ago. I was reassured it would last 9-12 months. The next day when I washed my hair, underneath at the back it was already very wavy. And I don't have curly hair.The atmosphere was bad; barely polite. Daylight robbery is what it is! Unfortunately some people are too stupid to pay for this! (Me included).Service: Hair straightening

Have been so happy with the service provided at Rosie Baylis Hair! Such a friendly staff and so talented and professional with what they do. My hair has been done by Kitty both times (balayage and then glossing when I wanted to go back to my natural colour), and I?ve been so pleased both times- I get so many compliments on how good and healthy my hair looks!
