So yesterday the 12th August I turned up at tunbridge wells store with my choice of goods firmly set in my head.I was greeted by Simon,who I told I would like one of these and a set of those.He immediately apologised and said the marantz hifi I wanted he didn't have in stock but went on to search other stores finding one in Maidstone ,reserving it for me so I could drive over and collect.We then spoke speakers with him being totally honest that my choice was not right.He's a guy you just trusted and went onto explain his choice of compact speakers I required that would fit the bill.Today the day after is my wife's birthday which said last minute purchase was for ???.With my ears bleeding I would like to thank Simon for his help, professionalism,and product knowledge. I'm truly blown away by how good it sounds.What an absolute asset to richer sounds tunbridge wells you areKind regards mark

I was researching buying in ear "buds" and had come up with four choices. I needed further information about these products to ensure connectivity to all of the devices I required to use these with. Having contacted Richer Sounds, London Bridge without a response I asked the same questions of the Tunbridge Wells Branch. Within 15 minutes "Joe" had responded with the answers and his personal recommendation based on his experience. I went ahead and purchased a pair based on his recommendation. They are superb and were delivered next morning by courier. Excellent service and a happy customer. Thanks Joe.

the service from RS is unparalleled, if you are buying a TV, an amp, some speakers.... even speaker wire... you will be shocked at the service you get here, each time I think I know what I want I end up with a better product for way less than I thought - its genuinely worth the travel time to get there.

It pains me to write such a review on Richer Sounds as they have a good rep. I ordered an AV amp back in August and have heard nothing since from them. Called today to be told it won?t be coming in now and then advised to spend another 600 on a suitable alternative. They were friendly and apologetic but basically said nothing we can do to help
