“It was my first time visiting a Space NK store, I normally shop online so I was very excited to go in, My boyfriend and I were greeted as soon as we walked in, and asked if we needed any help. I was after a texture spray that I hadn't purchased online for a while so I couldn't remember the name. Jessica was absolutely superb! My phone didn't want to load the website so Jessica got it up on her screen and let me have scroll until I found what I was looking for. They had none out on the shelves and was out of stock online, but she went out the back regardless and had a look for me and found one. I was over the moon. She then signed me up with Space NK so I could collect points (thought I was signed up but never was) and took her time with me, wonderful service. Next time I'm in the area I'll definitely be coming in again. Thank you!”
