Superb friendly service. I had a state of the art eye test with Rachael and followed up with new lenses fitted within 20 minutes into my reading glasses. I wouldn't go anywhere else. 5*

Just brilliant people. I had an issue with a near one-year-old pair of Oakley sunglasses and they couldn?t have been more helpful. Much to my surprise I got a complete replacement for both the frames and lenses. This wouldn?t have been possible without them fighting my corner with the manufacturer!

Disappointing experience. Due to heavy traffic was a few minutes late and was told the appointment could not go ahead. Inflexible staff- who instead of offering an alternative were unsympathetic and unhelpful. I have since found other opticians in the town to have a better customer service approach. I will not be going back to Peepers.

Very helpful staff, who were great with both of my parents! Nothing was too much trouble. Lots of variation of frames to choose from, sight tests were thorough and diligent. Highly recommended.

On holiday from the North East and my glasses broke. Called in Peepers to ask for help and within 15 mins they replaced both arms and refitted my glasses. Fabulous service and the staff were delightful. Well done.

Fast turnaround and helpful staff. Reasonable selection of frames which are also a bit cheaper here than at the large chains.
