This is the worst pharmacy in tunbridge wells. Staff are rude, older pharmacist is increadibly rude and dismissive and it takes 30 mins min to get served as they have zero customer service and absolutely no discernable system. There are other brilliant pharmacies near by. Avoid at all costs.

I was in here with my young son earlier today and we had the worst customer service!!
There was only one man serving at the cash desk, a huge queue and when I tried to see the prices behind the till the man abruptly told me to not go behind the till. I hadn?t done this and also wouldn?t!! He proceeded to rudely tell me to wait and he will serve me in turn.
So rude! He unnecessarily made a real spectacle out of the situation, incredibly embarrassing.
Anyways, we left and spent our money elsewhere, very easily done as Tescos and Day Lewis pharmacy are in stones throw.
I think they need to remember that their business relies heavily on customer satisfaction. I will honestly never shop here again!

If you have time to waste go along! I have used this pharmacy for years as they are so close but you need to go ready to hold your tongue. ZERO sense of urgency EVER?..?

Wouldn't even give one star. Rude staff. Went back following day as requested by staff to be told has to be after 3pm explained not possible as be at work. Nothing I can do utter stupid system there won't be using again

My fiancé went in to get my prescription for me and the south African woman who works there asked for clarification on the gender of my name and upon learning that myself and my fiancé are in a queer relationship, she proceeded to lie to my fiancé's face and tell them that they didn't have my medication.
Before being told that my name was in fact a feminine name, she was acting completely normal with my partner.
I then had to come to the pharmacy myself whereupon she straight up ignored me and i had to seek assistance from one of the other ladies who was very lovely and I immediately received my prescription without any further delay.
This same woman has also in the past asked me invasive questions about what my medication was for and she's attempted to charge my father in law for his diabetes medication that he receives for free as it is a chronic condition.
I have never had a problem with anyone else who works in this pharmacy, but we repeatedly have issues with this woman. I don't want to have to go somewhere else but if issues like this persist then I will have no choice but to move pharmacies.

Nothing but good to say about Paydens, as a regular for picking up my prescriptions the staff are amazing. They recognize me every time I walk in an have my prescription ready. All of the staff always have a smile on there faces, and even if they are busy in the back they will smile and wave. The best Pharmacy I have used in 53 years of my life.

First visit here and sadly will be my last. Been stood in a queue 25 mins. finally got seen by the lady at the front desk with short red hair who has zero customer presence and so incredibly slow. No hi, no how can I help, just a nod of the head with zero pleasantries. Everyone is huffing with the slowness of this pharmacy. Lots of pharmacies to buy medicine from?

Disgusted by the customer service, woman on the front counter is just rude and I would suggest finding someone else.
