One star only for a shop that can never decide when it is going to be open. As sn OAP, it takes me a bit of effort to walk up there in the rain for milk say, only to see it closed when Google search SAYS IT IS OPEN!!

Went to the post office as advertised, only to find it was shut and greated by a rude staff member, it seems they dont have a clue when the post office is open, or closed.

Truly terrible. They seem genuinely upset when customers want to use post office or other services. Latest incompetence is that no staff knew how to use the collect+ scanner, so yet another wasted trip.

The staff close the store when ever they like! I went there today at 7pm & it was closed, even no it?s suppose to be open until 10pm!
When they are open the staff are rude and unhelpful! One of the male members of staff smells absolutely awful! The worst BO!

Post Office Staff not particularly friendly and would not accept my QR code to return a parcel. I had to drive all the way to Jempsons in Wadhurst who printed it off within seconds.

Biased opinion because I work there. That being said, there are a few bits and pieces that we could do with selling, and we do need more staff on the rota. From the items we do stock, there's a fair selection of fresh produce as well as canned and frozen goods. We do sell eggs, but those unfamiliar with the store layout can often miss them. Most of us are friendly here, so if you ever have a problem, don't be afraid to ask a member of staff.
