Revin was incredibly helpful and friendly. Got a new phone and new contract and he made it really simple and easy to understand. Revin knew all the info from different phones and offers to the contracts and agreements. Excellent.

I had issues with trying to switch up online or over the phone due to system issues with the new iPhone launch etc, I went into the Tunbridge Wells store and was seen by Craig the store manager, considering he had staff of sick and a que hours long he was very patient and helpful with my issue which he resolved for me, this man was doing all he could to juggle all the issues that were going on and help everyone and he deserves some recognition for his work(bonus)he even came in on his day off, thanks again.

I couldn't open my phone at all, so went into the TW 02 shop. Joseph came out to help us. He called himself a Nerd but my daughter and I thought he was an absolutely wondrous expert. He was so helpful, so pleasant and so successful. That shop is so lucky to have him and we highly recommend him, and O2!

Had to join a booking system for a time slot to see a rep. My query was related to poor service in network in the vicinity of our home. A short discussion with the right person was all I needed not a high pressure salesman trying to make another sale.
