I went to the shop and was asked by a gentleman to come back in an hour as I was 3rd on the list and he would text me when he was free after an hour and a half I went to the shop and he was still with a customer. He asked another lady to help me where I bought a phone cash and all that was needed was to transfer my apps etc. I knew this would take some time. She then disappeared and came out and went to another customer and basically ignored me until she realised I was there and asked another lady to carry in with the transfers that seemed to be taking an inordinate amount time. I was told it would take 15 minutes so I went off to get a card from another shop and when I came back that lady was busy with another customer and didn?t bother to come over So I was left with very pleasant young man whose first day in the shop it was. He did everything that he possibly could to enable the transfers having to ask the other two ladies who seemed a bit miffed at him asking them questions. Eventually most of the transfers were done only through his help. I hope the rest of the teams attitude doesn?t rub off on him as he wanted to learn And be as helpful as possible.Whatever happens I wouldn?t go back to the shop. And feel the staff need a wake up call about customer service.The whole what I call an ordeal took 4.5 hours and cost me £8 parkingAnd the young man was the only person to say sorry! I know what I would do with rest of the staff!!

My SIM was out of use, so my 10 year+ number couldn't be used anymore. They sorted it out and were very helpful.

Excellent, friendly and cheerful service in the Tunbridge wells store. I believe the person who helped me with my upgrade was named Kevin. He was very helpful and despite it being the end of the day he did not rush and was happy to help with any queries and was all in all very pleasant and a positive experience.

Visited twice, the first time a guy said you can find all the information on the Webb then dismissed us, next a youg lady at first did not understand we wanted to go sim only, but even though she became helpful it took some work.. we will be going somewhere else soon..
