28/08/2025,i went to bank and try to ask guy (his name is conor) help me sold out mobile app problem,but he doesn?t want help me.his services is very bad ,after i did myself.Brighton?s bank services is very good,i will never come this bank in Turnbridge well again.i never see like this rude service.

Extremely poor customer service. Ordered a new debit card, online banking stated if you have the mobile app you can access new card details after 24 hours. I installed app and can only see last 4 digits and expiry .Spent half an hour on the phone to NatWest this morning where I was told to wait a few days or so to update app with face recognition. I asked if the first 12 digits plus security code could be given to me today as I need to update some standing orders and was told no. Utter bullshit - I have been a customer for over 30 years. After this I will be defecting to Nationwide. Rubbish customer service - spineless bank with no idea of how to give good customer service any longer - GOODBYE!!

Nice enough people but the ATM inside the branch is/was faulty and withheld my card (from a different bank). I was told by my bank that nothing was wrong with my card or account and that the Natwest ATM was at fault. Don?t risk it in their machines

Very helpful staff, but ultimately not able to perform my request of sending money abroad whilst ensuring I shoulder all costs involved. This is a pretty simple request. Instead I have been forced to use the app, and now (despite paying £15 for a same day transfer) my payment is stuck with the bank thinking it's fraud despite me going into the branch to discuss this exact payment this morning. Utter waste of time and an totally frustrating experience.

I sought to close my late father's account but had not brought with me the reference number that this bank had given me. When I expressed some exasperation that Nat West could not locate their own reference material on their own computer system, the clerk became very aggressive and unpleasant and made out that it's my fault that they have inadequate computer systems. I'm very glad that I'll never need to go back there. They have awful systems and some unpleasant staff.

Visited the branch today and met with Steven who was attentive and polite. He helped me update my address and showed me how to use the mobile app to get a quick home insurance quote, something I?d been meaning to sort out.

The worst bank ever. I left work early and rushed down to this bank. I arrived 7 minutes before closing time. I had to queue. Then at closing time I was told that all the cash tills and systems were shut down and I would have to come back in the morning. I asked to see the manager. He was utterly useless and facilitated this shambles. I switched banks after this.

What an absolute shambles of a bank. Went in on a Saturday, not able to pay cash in as they don't offer this service at weekends apparently. All the automated machines were broken. Staff were rude to everyone, the man particularly, and customers irate. Now my local Uckfield branch has been closed this is the closest branch... 35 minutes drive away.Been banking with NatWest for 20 years. Time to close my accounts and move elsewhere I think..

The lady that dealt with me was super helpful. Think her name was Jo. She helped me close my RBS account and was really friendly and polite. We bonded over our banking experience and I left feeling really satisfied with my service. Thank you.
