I have had to deal with Nationwide quite a bit recently regarding some Accounts owned by my late Mother. Their exemplary customer service has seriously had me considering switching my banking over to them. Special mention to George and Matt in the TW branch for going the extra mile and for making a sometimes frustrating situation easier to solve in the branch. Thank you Gentleman for your professionalism.

Yesterday I had to move a large amount of money from the Natinwide to my financial adviser. I was served by Salma, she checked and rechecked all my details and my advisors making sure my money was safe all done with charm and efficiency .Thank you Salma

Tried to open a savings account, cashier said I would have to wait 45 min, advised to do it on line, I'm an OAP don't like using the Internet, what's the idea of having a branch that don't want to help, no wonder all banks are closing down.

Do not pay in cheques by machine. We wrongly entered the amount which we were assured would be corrected. It was not and we were given no recourse!?

Went to change some account details on a saturday morning (the branch was very busy which says something about its popularity!) but I was seen to very quickly where I was directed to the customer service/banking counter. I was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly and easily they were able to make the changes I needed and the staff member who assisted me was very friendly, efficient and made the experience a super positive one. Can?t fault Nationwide and their no-nonsense processes backed up by great staff.

Sadly I forgot to ask the name of the chap I spoke to today at the Tunbridge Wells branch but he was so very helpful and put me straight through to Susie at HQ who helped me above and beyond the call of duty... It is a five star rating from me. Thank you!

Great good old fashioned service in clean safe environment, staff are very helpful and go that bit extra to make life that bit easier, looking after there members ! a better service than some other high street banks. Ta all

Not very helpful - hopefully a one offAsked the lady on the desk for 2 card readers , one for me , one for relative who rarely ventures to town ? NO - one one per person? and wouldn?t budge , wasn?t asking for 20 or anything , just 2 !!!

I went into Nationwide Tunbridge wells and was greeted by a member of staff named Alex. It was very difficult for me to enter the branch due to family difficulties. Alex put me at ease immediately with her kind support! She gave me all the information I needed with knowledge and expertise, guiding me though all the options available to me within the branch. Thank you Alex so much, I really appreciated all the information you gave!!

Very helpful staff. Have been great at managing the distancing during the pandemic and very helpful when ever I need anything or have any questions. Great staff and great branch!
