I had a total of four estate agents visit me with a view to selling my home. David at Mother Goose immediately stood out as the Estate Agent I preferred with his honest and down to earth approach. No pressure at all. David held an open day and guided me through accepting the right offer. It took six months for my transaction to go through and during that time David kept me up to date each week and he progressed the sale throughout by speaking to various parties to ensure everything was being done properly and expediently. David went on holiday once during that time for a week and left me in contact with one of his colleagues so everything was seamless. Responses were always expedient/efficient. David recommended a fabulous Solicitor who had stood out to him previously and provided my buyer with recommendations etc. I don't think I could have found a better Estate Agent.
