We had a suit fitting for our groomsmen today with Chris. He couldn?t have been any better. He was so thoughtful, personable, attentive and considerate and really took the time and effort to make sure every aspect was perfect. We couldn?t recommend him highly enough, a real asset to the store! Thanks so much again, Chris!

Roua was absolutely fantastic. We took so much of her time picking out a suit, she was very patient with us and helped us pick out a suit. She was very professional, friendly and excellent customer service from the moment we were in the store! Suit looks fantastic. Her suggestions on alterations were spot on. The rest of the staff were also responsive and friendly. Thank you so much Roua and team!

I just want to share how refreshing it is to have amazing customer service, we were looked after today by Chris and even though we had already bought the suit he went above and beyond to make sure my son was comfortable and looking sharp for his prom. This wasn?t for the sale but he honestly cared and couldn?t do enough to help. Suit exchanged for another size and shirt bought. Thanks again.

Awful experience. They have messed up our suit order for our wedding. My partner has contacted them numerous times and told he would get a call back and hasn't. I've tried calling over 10 times today and can't get through. As if planning a wedding isn't stressful enough. Will have to try head office Monday.

Getting married in June my party of 5 booked an appointment and attended the store. We were dealt with and advised by a member of staff who was worse than useless and had us all standing around. He advised us that the only suits they hired were skinny fit suits which we all kind of fitted in. Awful experience, drawn out and poorly advised. The emails then started, stating this item had arrived, and then another had arrived, etc, etc. I re-attended and thankfully I had written down the suit sizes required as they had no record. I was advised that they could sell us suits which were standard or tailored fit, but not in our chosen colour, and were double the price of renting. So nearly £1600 later the suits and accessories were ordered. More emails then started arriving stating individual items had arrived. I had over 30 emails from Moss regards product arrivals and i totally lost the plot about whos suit was available. I took this matter up with tbe manager who seemed more interested in arguing than trying to sort the issue. There was a problem getting the correct size shirts, as other stores were unwilling to 'give them up'. On the lead up to my wedding we were properly organised and this was the ONLY cause of stress on the lead up. Some of the party had travelled from Wales to order and due to their incompetence and not giving a hoot it caused more issues for us. The only staff member of note who knew the range and was helpful was Kerry. She is the only reason this is a 2 star review!!
All in all a complete shambles of a company, who fail to own up or ammend issues they have caused. Steer well clear if you value efficiency and service.

Needed a suit ordered online from Moss altered. Chris was fantastic through the whole process and communicated very well to navigate a potentially tricky situation. He is a credit to the Moss brand.

Went into Moss Bros with my 3 kids (15, 17 and 21) to hire wedding suits for them today and Chris was extremely pleasant and patient, being polite and efficient, ensuring everything would be perfect. It was actually quite an enjoyable outing, when I was dreading it beforehand!

I don't usually leave bad reviews but I think its important to explain the facts of what happened as I would strongly advise not shopping here if you have an event that you need something for within a certain time frame. My partner ordered a three piece suit, shirt and shoes for an event. Because he had to get sizes that weren't in store the store manager ordered them for collection. We were assured that these would arrive in time for the event. A few days before the event we get the email that everything had arrived. Of course we trusted that this would be fine as we had been assured it had all been ordered but the trousers were missing from the order. It appears the Store Manager had forgotten to order the trousers and we were told its too late to do anything else at this point. I do understand mistakes happen but it felt completely like no efforts were made or not even any compensation. You simply cannot make mistakes like this on a suit being ordered for an event!! In the end we had to get a full refund as obviously the suit was completely unwearable without trousers, which left us trying to find something suitable at the very last minute. Luckily it was just a Christmas party but if this had been a special event or wedding this would have been disastrous! Now looking at some of the bad reviews (I hadn't checked before) this seems to be a common problem so I really would not advise ordering a suit from here!!
