Having a ring made by Adam has been an exciting and very special experience. I had a ring left to me by a relative that was lovely but not something I'd wear. Adam transformed it into a stunning ring and guided me in the design while taking on board all the requirements I had. I took a gold bangle into Mark which had been passed down to me by my Grandma, and he resized it and added a very subtle clasp so that it fitted me perfectly. Picked it up today and couldn?t be happier! Thank you so much Mark!

Having been lucky enough to know Adam, at Mark Adam, for many years I have had some amazing pieces of jewellery but recently made the decision to have an eternity ring made and designed to my specification. Despite having recently moved from Tunbridge Wells we were able to share ideas, photos and a final design agreed on line. The end product is truly amazing and if you are looking for jewellery or some advice on making something extra special Adam and his wife Charlie will look after you. I came to Adam looking to design and create the perfect ring for my now fiancé (obviously the ring did the trick). I recently commissioned the design of a bespoke diamond and sapphire ring. The design advice from Adam was invaluable even to the extent of researching the history of our diamond which was used as a donor for the new design. The finished article is superb. Disappointed with their after sales service. Doesn't really seem interested in helping me solve my problem.Adam, in response to your comment, whilst I appreciate that you no longer stock the watch, when we last spoke you told me that you had a book of replacement straps that you would look through to see if you're able to find one that would fit my watch. That was over 2 weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything from you.

Adam and team remade my engagement ring and reset some studs, both done beautifully, and they were always very helpful and happy to do exactly what I wanted, whilst offering their professional opinion when appropriate. I have had jewellery redone elsewhere before, but it has always felt second best to when new. They were very patient with all of my dithering and Adam's work is on a different level, I can't stop admiring it on my finger! Thanks to the team for a great job.
