I had the pleasure of seeing Tom at Majestic Wine in Tunbridge Wells for the second time today, and once again, he was absolutely fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect wine for my taste, Tom made the whole experience enjoyable and relaxed.
I?ve always loved Italian Brunello, but felt like I was playing it safe. In the past, picking wine from regular supermarkets like Sainsbury?s or M&S often left me disappointed. Visiting Majestic Wine was a game-changer. Thanks to Tom, I?m now drinking wine I truly love?and discovering new favourites I wouldn?t have chosen myself.
I?ll definitely be back soon to explore more of the red wine world with Tom?s expert guidance. Highly recommend paying a visit!

We found the team at Tunbridge Wells Majestic to be incredibly knowledgeable and excellent customer service skills. We left both times feeling so well taken care of when discussing our wedding wines and we get the feeling they actually care about what they do!

Just so rude from start to finish - tried to refuse glass hire return as we didn't have the original cardboard box, even though all glasses were clean and in perfect condition! Also tried to con us by saying we could only return 25% of the wine when it was bought on a sale or return bases with no mention of this term. MGo to Sevenoaks branch- far more professional in all dealings

The staff are very helpful, but their wine knowledge isn't as good as some of the staff at other Majestic stores. They were also very light on stock over the Christmas and New Year period.
