Over the last month I?ve phoned 3 times to ask for a price to fit a new cam belt and water pump. Each time they took my reg and phone number. And not once has anyone phoned me back. Gave up in the end and found someone else who did it for £350 inc. labour

My wife made an appointment for a tyre repair only to be told on arrival that she would have to ?wait a few hours as there were a lot of walk ins for tyres?. In other words my wife?s appointment was given to someone else and she was put to the back of the queue! Needless to say she left and had the tyre repaired elsewhere.
