Cosy little gem! Can?t recommend enough, the seafood curry noodles were superb, the chicken bao bun was amazing, as were the sushi of course! Kudos to the chefs Lily and Jun! Fantastic services from Maddy and Andreea too!

I visited the restaurant because I had heard it has the best sushi in town. I ordered squid as a starter and chicken curry. Unfortunately, the squid was very rubbery; my friend also tried it and confirmed it was extremely chewy. The chicken curry was good. I recommend visiting the restaurant and trying it for yourself ? the atmosphere is very homely and welcoming.

Lovely, the chicken katsu sushi was amazing & the best thing is it?s halal! Maddie & Esha were both polite, the restaurant was busy but they managed it so well & made sure we had a nice evening

Restaurant looked nice and staff were friendly and welcoming so we booked a table for dinner midweek.
We arrived on time and were seated upstairs. I hadn't expected the style of seating. It'd be difficult if you were wearing a short skirt or had any kind of mobility issues; there were tables downstairs.
We ordered our food and drinks with starters and a main course.
My starters arrived first then my main course.
A few minutes later my partner received his main course and halfway through his starter arrived.
It seemed a bit strange to me.
Anyway we ordered 1 X warm house sake to share. It arrived boiling hot couldn't touch the container.
SERVICE - Slow and difficult to get waitresses attention.
None of this is major just a bit off-putting for me personally.
Anyway food review.
Chicken katsu curry with rice - not great, eatable, tasted a bit overdone and not crispy.
okonomiyaki - seafood was fresh and cooked well. Nice
pork belly iberico - tasty but for our taste very salty
Miso aubergine - not fully cooked
Nigiri - seabass and mackerel 'shime saba' EXCELLENT OUTSTANDING REALLY GOOD.
Yes I would return for lunch here.
However I would only choose the nigiri type options based on our experience.

I went for lunch and picked the set menu. Food portion for the price was good. However, the food didn't meet my expectations based on the hype and the reviews. The rice simply lacked flavour and there mayo on the sushi. Sadly, it was very Americanised for my taste.
