Not enough space to move between racks and product displays. Unfriendly staff who look like they should be modelling not working in a shop.

Bought a pair of air max for our son and needed to exchange for a larger size ( in a matter of hours) just to be told I didn?t have the correct receipt even though it had never left the box. The lady was rather abrupt and made out she was doing me a favour by exchanging. Poor customer service and rude and lazy staff members, had to wait first time round because they were stood around chatting and everything seemed like it?s an effort. Won?t be shopping there again

JD Sports is an interesting sports gear and accessory shop situated at the Royal Victoria place-Tunbridge Wells, boasting a tidy collection of sports shoes, t-shirts, joggers, hoodies, caps, bags, and more from top brands like Nike, Adidas, McKenzie, Reebok, Fila, New Balance etc. The shop is well-lit, making it easy to see all the products clearly.
However, the attendants seem to blend in with the clients, and you might stand there for quite a while without anyone asking if you need help. While they are approachable, they lack the proactivity expected of store attendants. Pricing is a bit on the high side, which can be justified for some items, but for others, the high prices don?t seem to match the product quality.
Overall, it's a nice shop with a good selection, but the customer service and pricing could use some improvement.

1 star, total morons, completely clueless in every regard, charged twice for a pair of Vans "don't worry though it'll be back in your account in 2 days, spoke to the bank, told it could take upto 4 weeks, left waiting in the shop for over 25 minutes with a shoe in my hand like some sort of Syrian refugee, two days in a row, genuinely clueless staff though it's beyond a joke, special needs staff members wandering around dribbling... Go somewhere else.

Just today. They try to make me a idiot, price on the stock was £30 when I get to checkout on the screen price is 55. Staff said is two different stocks but was exactly the same. 1 hour later they change the price to 55. Just be careful. Merry Christmas.
