Today I received wonderful customer service that I think all pharmacists should learn from. The lady asked if I had everything I needed and if I wanted my receipt; she made sure I was satisfied with my purchase before I left. Many thanks for a friendly service.

Awful.
Just been spoken to so appallingly by a man on the phone, made me cry. I was enquiring about my prescription and it's like I had threatened his life or something, he was so horrible. Rushed me off the phone. He had a severe attitude for no reason at all. I will never be using this pharmacy again. Disgusting, he's definitely in the wrong job.

Decided to use a local pharmacy rather than a nationwide delivery service.
Oh my life - last time I will bother. Over officious service and charged me rather than accepting my word for an exemption, when the drug they've dispensed me is clearly one covered by an exemption.
Won't be back.

A very friendly and efficient pharmacy. I just got referred to them after an NHS111 phone call. Imperial called me straight away to confirm the referral, and I went straight there. I was seen immediately by a kind, patient and knowledgeable member of their staff and given comprehensive advice. 10/10 for service.
