Went to this store today. A grand total of TWO staff work there! One of which was nowhere to be seen.
I had to go upstairs with my disabled wife to get some sewing stuff.
OMG!!! It was like an oven.
One little fan in the corner.
It was so hot my wife almost collapsed.
When we complained we were told that the air con hasn?t worked for over 5 years ans management refuse to fix it.
You should be ashamed of yourselves subjecting your staff and customers to these heats.
I?ve reported you.

Some good offers on items, good sized shop. The paint especially 3 for £3 which I think it?s great!
When I went to the till one of the items were wrongly priced. Was £2.50 on the shelf, when scanned £7.50.
The lady was quite rude and it?s put me off shopping here.

I thought Hobbycraft would be expensive, but when I compared prices, I was pleasantly surprised. Some really great deals and lots of inspiration found.

I usually go in here for creative bits and pieces or presents for my creative family members. I always find something suitable as there are a range of products for all ages and abilities. I found some useful products for my wedding table decorations, for family weddings. There are new lines for significant anniversaries e.g. ? Easter.
