Went there today to buy a sticky pad. My NEXTBASE rear cam had come off. Matt came to my car to look and made me a new sticky pad. He fitted it in my car. He told me how to contact NEXTBASE. No charge! How fab is that? Very friendly and helpful guy. Excellent customer service!

Exceptional Service ? A Huge Thanks to Courtney, Miles, and the Team!
I cannot thank the team at Halfords Autocentre Tunbridge Wells enough for their outstanding service. After a frustrating experience with other branches, I brought my car here, and the difference in professionalism and customer care was incredible.
Courtney and Miles, in particular, were fantastic. From the moment I arrived, they were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Within just 3 hours, the team had diagnosed the issue, obtained authorisation from my warranty company, and my car was ready for collection. This level of efficiency and customer service was a breath of fresh air and far exceeded my expectations.
The communication throughout the process was excellent, and it was clear that Courtney, Miles, and the rest of the team genuinely cared about providing the best service possible. This experience has restored my faith in Halfords, and I will definitely be returning to the Tunbridge Wells branch for all my future automotive needs.
