Absolutely awful. What are they known for? They are known for their sausage rolls did they have any? No. Were the staff bothered? No! Frankly the management should sort themselves out to make sure their staff are happy if their staff were happy they would treat their customers a lot better. A happy worker is better than a miserable worker. Happy workers happy Customers get your act together Gregg?s Management and look after your staff properly so when so when your customers come in they get treated like a human being and not just like a waste of space!

Stoped doing meat and veg pasty?s the only thing worth having in there only ever one person serving while two or three others are in the kitchen they should be shut down through unhealthy food absolute joke

Generally quite a nice Greggs and I would even give it 5* if not one thing. They seem to have 2 crews - one with young lads, one with middle aged women. I stopped coming in if I see the women shift working. They are slow, passive aggressive, lazy and completely unwilling to try to do a half decent job. The guys are absolutely brilliant, very efficient (they rarely have queues) and just very nice.

Found them to be closed early most days, lived here for three years now and most mornings I would want to buy a soup for my morning walk to work and the soup was hardly ever put on that time of the morning, the cashier looking slightly panicked like oh no the soup! I tried again a few months back to be informed they now don't serve soup until 11am (after standing in the cue and waisting my time) no signs or anything on the menu to say that soup is served from 11am, Greggs bosses, if this store told you soup wasn't selling before 11am, its lies! They wasn't putting the soup on in the first place!

Very disappointed with the monotone male that served me, very rude to other staff and customers alike. Zero job satisfaction. Sausage roll was banging none the less.
