They say they will deliver my mum's tablets and this was Thursday it's now Saturday and we spoke to them and they promised to bring it before 1:30 it's now 7pm and still have not got it my mum has no tablets and they are making her ill by keep playing around with the day and time to deliver it

I recently swapped to GWP as my designated pharmacy particularly, because my GP surgery told me they were very helpful and tended to focus on sorting problems. I am so please that I did. Firstly, since my first visit, they remember me and when I go there, I don't feel like a complete stranger. Secondly, I noticed that they recognise their recognise their customers and welcome them to the shop and aren't averse to some mild banter. Lovely! Next, when I picked up a recent prescription, the pharmacist suggested I take the tablet at night. That is probably the most comprehensive advice a pharmacist has ever given me, without asking/prompting. It is a bit weird and I am honestly not that sad a person, but I quite look forward to visiting the pharmacy!
