Never easy buying a new mattress! We had a great experience at Furniture Village. The sales consultant (Iona) was very patient. She certainly new her stuff. Discussing in detail the options available.
We were very impressed. I can highly recommend them.

Hi just left Furniture village when i was there i had help from Dan sonmezani i found him very helpful and he was so lovely with my little dog and everyone in their was so friendly and it's so nice to be able to take your pet in thank you Furniture village.

Iona a sales assistant at Tunbridge Wells Furniture Village assisted us with the selection and ordering of a new divan set and headboard. She was polite informative and very knowledgeable of the different products on display. Her friendly manner and assistance led us to making the correct choice of product. Accordingly she is deserving of and has earned Furniture Village a five star rating.

I believe I posted some weeks ago how fantastic the sales service at Tunbridge Wells was. However, all of this has been destroyed by the crappy service provided used by Flat pack company, or some company named along those lines. Two messages in last two days telling me delivery was today and saying that on the day, they would send the time slot. Organised for someone to be there from 7am today, called the Flat pack to find delivery slot, they did not know! Shocking expectation that we would wait 12 hours for them. Arrogant staff.
Phoned Furniture Village and after four calls managed to speak to somebody, threatening to cancel other orders. It worked as delivery man just phoned saying he would be delivering tonight.
If you have great sales service, to get repeat business, you need fantastic post sales service. Not difficult but very worth while as I will most likely cancel my other two orders.
What a shame.

Really great store & found David, our Salesman very helpful.
Bought a New King size divan & headboard.
Also a two size coffee table & a nest of tables & an overnight Guest bed.
Prices were very competitive, which swung our choices.

Neil was extremely helpful and informative taking us through the various options available across a selection of your products. All without being pushy or trying to sell something which we appreciated. Cannot wait to return to deal with Neal in making our selection of our new home

Easy to find the store, great parking. The store is spacious with lovely air con. The staff were all very friendly and we highly recommend Eric who was really knowledgeable, and helpful, even getting us a coffee each.

Drove to Tunbridge Wells, from rye, wasn't disappointed, plenty of stock,realy helpful staff,we spoke to a salesman called Eric,what a nice bloke,answered all our questions, showed us the corner bed sofas, explained everything, worthy of the 5 stars.
