Had an excellent experience buying a mattress here. Was told it was one of the country's biggest selections in a Furniture Village so inadvertently made a wise choice! The staff were hands off enough to let us browse to our heart's content, but always there to offer some really tailored and respectful advice. Our sales consultant Barry Wheeler was amazing in making us feel comfortable, giving us plenty of time, and even putting different pillows on the mattresses to ensure we got the best feel! Furniture Village also do great warranty periods which offers piece of mind. Delivery was prompt too, with the drivers bringing everything in efficiently and carefully. Overall an awesome experience.

Very very helpful. Moved furniture around for me in store so I could see it together and gave me plenty of time. Didn?t feel rushed or pushed. Plenty of good information. Really nice customer experience.

Really great experience thanks to Jake Young. We didn't feel rushed or hounded. He didn't put any pressure on us to make a decision and answered all of our questions throughout. As I'm sure everyone does when buying a sofa, we visited every shop in the area. Jake made us feel comfortable which ultimately helped us make the decision to buy through Furniture Village

We recently visited the Tunbridge Wells store to purchase a dining room table and chairs. We were served by Jake who couldn't have been more helpful. He was not pushy in anyway and we would definatleyreccomnend asking for him if you're visitng this store. He is a credit to the company.

Popped into Furniture Village this week to view and order a new recliner ; chose the Thornbury with power headrest and lumbar support. Sarah Richardson helped me choose and arranged the finance. She was incredibly helpful , professional and knowledgeable. Very easy to deal with and I?m very happy with my purchase. I can highly recommend both Sarah and Furniture Village in T Wells !

I have waited 13 weeks for a sofa that was promised in 8 weeks. It was delayed twice. I?d love to say it finally arrived today but alas what arrived was half of my sofa and half of someone else?s sofa. The half that was for my sofa was damaged. Nobody seems to know where the other half of my sofa is or how long a replacement may take. The delivery men also damaged our wall during the delivery. I can only hope the other half I received of someone else?s makes it to them somehow as no doubt someone else is equally disappointed having received half of mine. No offer of compensation has been made despite the drastic level of incompetence displayed here. Avoid this shambles of a company at all costs.

Went to Tunbridge Wells furniture village to look for a new bed , it?s on order thanks to Jake Young helping me find just the right one, he knows all about the different mattress ect , I decided so easy he had all answers to my questions, just what I needed, as you don?t buy a bed every day lol ! We purchased a sofa in 2020 and had a terrible experience ever since. The initial order kept being delayed and we had to wait many, many months for delivery. After a few weeks of being delivered, we noticed that the seat cushion had become very soft, to the point of being unusable. This is despite paying extra for the high quality padding that we were assured would mean it stayed firm. We raised a complaint and it took an additional 6 months for a replacement cushion to come out. An "engineer" came to replace the cushion for us, and in the process broke the zip for the cover - but we did not find out until a while later. We have recently raised a new ticket to their customer care team to have a replacement cushion cover and have had no response for weeks.The quality of these sofas are reflective of the quality of customer service/aftercare. Save your money and purchase elsewhere!

Great customer service and amazing choice of product.. found exactly what I wanted as soon as I walked in.. approached by Iona who was extremely helpful and made the whole process smooth and easy- Iona really made the experience for me. Couldn?t recommend enough, such a warm team and great products.
