At 69 years old and having had more than my fair share of massages over the decades, I thought I knew exactly what to expect. While visiting my daughter in Clapham for the day, she completely caught me off guard with a surprise treatment—and my session with Rosa turned out to be, without a shadow of a doubt, the single best massage I have ever had.
From the moment I arrived, the studio set a wonderful tone. The owner, Irfan, was ultra polite, warm, and exceptionally welcoming, making me feel completely at ease right away.
Rosa herself has an extraordinary, intuitive technique that goes far beyond a standard routine. She knew precisely how to work out deep-seated tension without ever pushing past a comfortable boundary, finding exact spots I didn't even realize were holding strain. Her pressure was remarkably consistent, balancing targeted deep tissue work with a wonderfully calming rhythm. I walked out feeling genuinely lighter, fully relaxed, and remarkably mobile for the rest of my visit.
Between Irfan's superb hospitality and Rosa’s top-tier bodywork, this was the ultimate surprise gift. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I am writing a one star review and will change it to a better one if i can actually get an appointment. First appointment cancelled a day before. Second time I get to the salon on time and told that the person doing my nails left an hour ago. I got a gift card for this salon for my birthday and I can’t even use their services. Really unreliable

I would highly recommend!!! Fantastic customer service, it is clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and efficient. I had a hair cut today and the lady did exactly what I asked and I am over the moon with the outcome!!
