Appalling service, would give negative stars. Felt discriminated. None of the colleagues gave me interest and attitude seemed like they wanted me out of the shop. Had to head over to Bluewater, which was much better service.

Have been with EE for two years. Whilst I received the expected service for the first two year contract, in terms of being able to use the phone, anytime I have had to engage with EE (for example because I was travelling and needed roaming) there have always been complications. This culminated in the recent experience of trying to upgrade my phone. I received a message stating that I was eligible for an upgrade and it has taken multiple calls, 3 different orders and visits to the store to try and get this sorted out! I now face having two new phones and losing my existing number if I want to cancel one of them. Alternatively I can cancel and wait for a month for the number to switch over! I have decided to give up on EE - the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing - nothing is easy.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The staff were unhelpful, unfriendly, and showed no compassion. I felt dismissed and treated poorly throughout my entire interaction. Customer service was non-existent, and no effort was made to address the problem I had with my phone. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for professional or courteous service.

Customer service in store is very bad.
Two I visited store and checked online deals that deal was £22 but yesterday I visited to buy that contract and one of the employee he told me £23 even it was £22 he tried to scam with me but I show him that it is £22 on the website how you can charge £23 then he said o sorry our prices change every day.
Very very bad customer services I was sitting and he was standing by the laptop that looks very awkward must need to change this strategy
Very disappointed.
That?s why I didn?t buy contract from that kind of Scammer EE employee

The worst phone company ever
We get I contract from them and they saying price
And we receive the bill in very different price
Is not recommended for any one the internet is very bad even the stuff can?t help it has to be everything online. But I done it in the store and

I went to the store on Thursday to try and start a new contract. I was in store for over an hour and due to their technical difficulties, couldn't get it set up. Also they had to order the phone in for Saturday (today), I tried phoning the store 3 times to confirm it is there -but no-one answered. I then received a text and email saying the following "Hi Emily,
Your order is ready to collect
Your item:
-Galaxy S24 Plus 512GB Violet
Thanks from the EE team".
So I went out of my way to go to the store to get the contract/phone set up to be told my order isn't there. I told the staff member I was sent messages saying it's ready, he advised me it's a generic message but it was due in between 11.30-12.30. I wasn't happy waiting around for another couple of hours whilst paying for parking, so am hoping tomorrow is a more successful visit...
*Update* The following day I went to the store, where I was the best part of 2hrs. I had to give all of my details again that I had given previously, also I was told that I have to pay for a sim card with a different number (despite wanting to keep my current number). The cherry on top was being told that I had to pay more monthly than I was previously told because the price had increased in the past 24hrs! By this point I no longer had the energy to argue it. I'm interested to see if I get a response from EE but my advice to any prospective customers is go elsewhere!

Over an hour long process of switching to a phone.
During which the staff coerced us into a phone insurance contract that was paid under the wrong persons name under false advice they would switch card details.

Was told in this store there was nothing i could do about my son's faulty phone as it was broken (but not through any fault of my son's) as it was out of warranty even though still in contract. Phoned EE who told me the contract for the phone had a lifetime warranty for repair and they repaired and replaced the phone foc. The stores are franchises and you are best off phoning EE on their 150 number for correct advice as the advice they gave me in this store was incorrect
