Really helpful and friendly opticians. Peter patiently helped me choose lens for the new frame (they had a far better range of frames than other opticians I?ve used in the past). I?ve never had the differences/ relative benefits of the various lens explained so understandably before. I had a question about the colour of the frame the next day & Tom (?) was on hand to give very good advice. Amazingly quick turnaround and I?m extremely happy with the new prescription sunglasses.

I recently visited Edney and Edney for an eye test and it was extremeley thorough. The staff are so lovely, attentive and knowledgable. I couldn't recommend this opticians enough!

Have bought two pairs of prescription glasses at Edney and Edney and have visited the store browsing many times before. The service is always exceptional, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and polite and the eyewear range is always fresh and unique. 5 stars

Got my beautiful specs from Edney and Edney after a very thorough eye exam and basically trying on most of the glasses in the shop last year! Was gutted when the frame broke a few months ago but managed to get them replaced on warranty so super happy about that. :) Ayshah was very gracious about helping me out especially during this pandemic so very pleased and would certainly recommend!

Once again some superb service from Jamie and the team with upgrading my glasses. Service and attention to detail was great whilst adhering to COVID rules. The time to choose frames was somewhat longer than usual but only because there was such an amazing choice to choose from.

The perfect shop!The owner really knows well what he is selling. It's so refreshing instead of all the shop chains.The service is really personalised, they always recognise clients and remember details of them.If I want to buy glasses of that level, quality and style, normally I've got to go abroad to buy it.I bought there glasses for my young son as well, and they really did their best to please him and us parents. It was the first time he wore glasses in his life and I was afraid he would feel unsure of them or dislike the idea. Well he loves them, he's very comfortable with it! They made sure they were patient and naturally lovely with him. He wears them anywhere he goes now!I'm really happy with Edney & Edney quality of glasses, style and taylored service.I highly recommend them.

I have been searching for a good pair of foldable glasses that would fit in a small handbag, they found a fabulous pair for me and managed to turn the order around in four days so that I had my new glasses in time for my holiday. I?m delighted with them. The staff are so helpful and friendly.

Couple of months ago I dropped by as I'd been looking to replace my glasses for some time. Immediately I was greeted by clearly knowledgeable and passionate professionals, and a galaxy far far away from the average High St 'BOGOF' sales driven service. Customer service was bespoke, professional and fun. There can be no doubt these guys know their glasses and strive to seek out those handmade designer frames that enable you to retain your individuality; choosing to be conventional or excitingly eccentric (& everything in between). I selected a rare (conventional) frame, German engineered & 3D printed, by Mykita Mylon. Unbelievably lightweight, sleek, comfortable and modern, yet remarkably understated. I also opted for some expensive lenses that have transformed my perspective on the world, where the visual experience is akin to HD...quite outstanding. So thank you Edny and Edny for your impeccable service and your unrivalled selection of products. I will be back for some sunglasses soon to replace my ageing Ray-Bans :)

Went to find some cool/sophisticated glasses for my 12 year old who didn?t like her current glasses but was unsure of what she did want (and didn?t want her parents advice).We were given a great experience where my daughter was centre stage. She was able to take a few frames home to check out and finalise her decision. She picked up her glasses today and is completely over the moon. She sees them as something that makes her more wonderful, not something to help her read the board at school. Great range, eye test, service and end to end experience! Would seriously recommend!
