Good experience. Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable. Used the gizmo to measure dimensions and pressure to find suitable beds which cut down the hunting. We did lie on a few more bets not generated on the list and they weren?t for us so the science in the scan did work!

Tidy and well designed showroom, with friendly and approachable staff. All types of beds available to try ranging in manufacture and type (soft, medium etc.). Amazing machine that is free to use to tell you your ideal mattress, which was a pain free and relaxing process. Jack was an amazing salesman who gave us knowledge and time to make our decision. Would highly recommend him and the store!

Great experience at Dreams Tonbridge Wells. Was served and looked after by Guy who was fantastic. Super, old fashioned customer service and a significant factor in us buying from Dreams T/Wells. We used the mattress guide machine and were offered drinks etc through the process. Guy was very patient and thoughtful in what was a big investment. Felt we got the best deal available and all stages of the process were explained. Must also say thank you to Liam who helped too. A great team!

I recently visited the Tunbridge Wells store with my Partner and was warmly welcomed by Mike. From the outset, Mike made us feel at ease and encouraged us to try the Sleepmatch technology, which helped identify the mattresses best suited to our needs.
Although we didn?t end up making a purchase on this occasion, I wanted to take a moment to recognise Mike?s outstanding service. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuinely friendly approach made a lasting impression. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase, just expert advice delivered with care.
Mike is a real credit to Dreams, and it?s clear he takes pride in helping customers make informed decisions.

The highly knowledgable staff certainly know their beds and mattresses inside out! The sleep scanner was a useful and fun tool in helping us find the right mattress, but it was the staff who really deserve the credit in helping us make the right choice for us. We received delivery within the week, by a lovely, courteous and helpful delivery team. So in all in all, a great experience all round!
