On the 25th I placed an order for three pizzas, order number 626391775.
I only received two. The driver promised I will have a replacement that never happened. I called the shop and they said they will send me a replacement that I never got, motivating that they couldn't find me. After I have been promised a refund that never happened. I went on the Dominos web site and raised a complaint but no one answered.
I am very intrigued, if I go out from the shop without paying it is called theft but if you took my money without providing the goods how this is called like?

I didn't eat here, so can't comment on the food, but I broke down outside and the lovely manager of this store, came outside to help me, and even went to get his car, to jump start mine. So grateful as I was a very long way from home. Lovely man.

You are only able to order a gluten-free pizza on the app but you cannot order a gluten-free pizza over the telephone. How ridiculous is that.

Had a terrible experience here when ordering for my birthday a couple of weeks ago on Fri 11th October.
The usually great app told me that our order was ready, so I parked up outside and made my way in. I could see my name at the top of the order screen and announced my arrival. The young lady on shift tried looking for it but couldn't find it. Shortly after, the order screen wiped and all names disappeared. I received NO update, NO explanation as to what was going on... had to move my car several times due to the delay. It was about 30 minutes after my order should have been ready that I was given two very clearly hurriedly-made pizzas without any explanation as to the 30 minute delay. Why did the app tell me they were ready when they were not? Why could none of the staff apologise and explain that they were experiencing difficulties? Without this I and others were left incredibly frustrated. I will hesitate to use this store again and advise others to reconsider their order.

ZERO for service ?
Rude manager. He answered the phone and did not even ask for the order number. When I was about to give him the order number, he said he said it would take 45 mins for every order. Did not ask me for the post code or order number. When I insisted he check the order number(because the status on ? track your order ?showed delivered), he asked for the address and then said it was out for delivery. Annoying service. Shambles? will never order from Dominos Tunbridge Wells.
Sad they get away for such rude behaviour and pathetic service.

Missing out something on my order then calling them to tell them. Then they told me that they would give me a refund but they never did . Plus the food was ok not like the old day's something has changed & not for the best ....
