Somerford sofa arrived with marks and a completely different shade of ?cream?. I was visited by service manager Mark who was rude and dismissive and advised it was within tolerance. Chris the store manager called and said the supplier won?t make the sofa in the colour displayed in the showroom therefore sofa is going back. Delivery drivers have scratched my new flooring by pushing items across the room instead of lifting. It?s their word against mine apparently! Absolutely disgusting service, I?m left out of pocket with no sofa, KEEP AWAY!

Large store with quite the selection of furniture. Well laid out. Professional and friendly staff especially the young lady. Clean and tidy always good. Easy to park out front. Good place if you want new furniture and like to see it first. Some beautiful sofas and cuddle chairs. Good quality items. Informative of time lines and delivery details.

Furniture arrived damaged, all 8 legs have marks. Told 13 weeks for new legs or £45 partial refund on a £2,000+ order by manager Chris. Going to be 7 months since we ordered this to have furniture that looks brand new.

We had a problem with a sofa we had delivered in March 24
On Saturday 8th I phoned the Tunbridge Wells branch to see what could be done.
The very friendly and helpful lady booked me in for an engineer visit on Tuesday 11th, which seemed really quick but by 1pm the sofa was fixed. The engineer came in the allocated time slot, he was polite and professional.
Thank you Dfs for making it so painless.

One star. Walked in and started looking around. There were 2 men behind the glass, heads down. No-one came to help us so we walked out.
Very poor. They obviously do not want customers.

Won't be buying a sofa from DFS again. We purchased their most expensive electric reclining sofa at the time. It lasted about 2 years before the electric components no longer work. We now have a sofa jammed open. They said we were 1 week out of warranty, yet still have 2 years on finance. Went in for help and they basically gave me the generic customer service email. I've emailed 6 times and had 0 responses. Bot trying to get something for free I'd pay to have it repaired but DFS don't offer any real support. Utterly poor customers services with their staff only interested in selling youna sofa to make their commission. No support whatsoever after purchase so if your sofa floes wrong like mine then you have a paperwait until the finance is paid off. Youbwould thibknthe sofas could last the full term of the finance they offered. Save your money.

Popped in to take a look. Staff were immensely welcoming.
As soon as you walk through the door they are asking if you require any help, equally they do leave you be of your just brow so no pushiness but available to help should you need any.
I did end up purchasing an item, staff very extremely friendly offered me a drink whilst waiting (hot chocolate was delicious).
Overall extremely happy and can't wait for my item to be delivered

29 June 2023--Really poor customer service; two staff in all, and both were seemingly busy with two families but did not have the courtesy to even say that they would attend me after them.
The man who seemed to be the manager on duty was awful when I asked if he had 2 minutes; he point blank refused, saying he was busy with some other customer.
Utterly useless!!!
We were in there for 45 minutes and then walked out.
I definitely don't recommend it, and don't waste your time.
I ended up buying an electric recliner from the next door, which I would have 100% bought from DFS, but for this appalling treatment from useless store sale personnel...
Go to the other furniture stores locally, where you'll get the feeling that they want you in their store.

Brought my last 2 sofas here. Sales people are helpful and not overly pushy or in your face, which makes me more inclined to go there.
