Came into store yesterday just to browse at some hoovers as we were planning on getting a new one soon - Fin approached us and offered us some advice, clearly knew what he was talking about, made us feel super comfortable with no pressure, so instead of waiting we ended up buying that day. Used the new hoover at home and it works a dream, exactly what we needed and works well in our smaller space.
Was very happy with his service, if he hadn't of approached us the way he did, we would have for sure left and came back at a later date - really glad we didn't. We also bought a switch whilst we were there, it was also in our future plans, but because we were buying that day anyway, we thought why not.
Again, felt absolutely no pressure, just comfortable - would buy with him again. Thank you Fin.

Are the staff trained or just simply don't want to help, on the odd occasion i have popped in this store to look at products and want to ask for help I'm always met with the same response ?i don't know anything about this product ?. I went in there Saturday and ask for some help on a shark spot wash product and went to ask a question and the member of staff he said ?i don't know and i haven't got my tablet on me to check? didn't bother to go and get it and then asked if i need anymore help , I?m pretty sure you heavily advertise the fact your staff are the experts on product knowledge never the case in this branch and its not the first time i?ve had this happen, ended up buying the product else where and did research online which seems to be the case now as retail face to face customer service clearly does not exist anymore

Used to be good but this evening after standing by the ?Pay Here? area for about 10 mins and then wondering around about gave up trying to pay and dumped items by exit before leaving - looks like they are about to go under so won?t bother visiting again.

Brought a Fridge and Freezer from curry?s. Fridge turned up damaged, phoned customer services to request a replacement. Was told that would be within 48 hrs. 48 hrs passed, phoned customer support up, sorry we are out of stock. Really, why online does it say I can have one delivered on Saturday. Answer, the system hasn?t updated yet. Think someone is telling porkys somewhere. Never using curry?s again.

Very bad service, especially from the manager. I had a problem and had to return the device and he lied to me that I couldn't. Before that, I spoke to customer service about returning it to the store and the manager of that store was rude and lied to me, and then I went to another store and returned it without any problems!
