I?ve been a regular customer at this shop and have had mixed experiences. While some staff members are fantastic, friendly, and truly elevate the shopping experience, others are shockingly rude and unprofessional. Their dismissive attitudes, looks of disgust, and clear disinterest in their work make customers feel unwelcome. I understand everyone has off days, but consistent poor behavior from certain staff is unacceptable. Management needs to address this to ensure a consistently positive experience for all customers.

Took Money out of my mate's bank account and we got no cookies whatsoever and there was no offer for refund. If money is not paid back, I recommend you Avoid!

rubbish service mate. i?ve paid £1.05 with my card and they told me it didn?t go thro so i couldn?t have my cookies. absolute scammers.

I found the staff very unfriendly and unhelpful and only seem interested in finishing their shift and going home, I definitely will not be going back there again.

Such rude staff, ask an old staff member a couple of questions and he mumbled the answer twice without even looking, then when I went to the till, the lady asked me for a bag and I said yes, I?m assuming she didn?t hear me cause she didn?t get me one so I said sorry I asked for a bad and she said angrily, no you didn?t and I said yes i did sorry, then got me one and didn?t say anything after that

I have shopped here for about 20 years and cut my membership card up yesterday. One lady on the till was so rude, not for the first time either. Judging by all the other comments I am not the first and probably not going to be the last. Awful experience

i went up to richard as nobody in the shop was coming to the til to help me and i had to ask him how much a meal deal was 3 times before he finally told me. I got a dirty look and a rude comment under his breath after i asked him to help me. Really ruined my good mood.

9 out of 10 of the staff are excellent, and sometimes the queues are a bit long if you are there in peak times, aside that its a very handy shop. More recently sometimes products are a bit low but its only when they are due a delivery. This is my local store and they do usually go the extra mile. Like when I asked if they had a product in the delivery because the shelf was empty, they went out the back and got it out the delivery crate for me. I appreciate that.
