Selection of children's shoes in here can be next to nothing sometimes. The staff are friendly enough but being lucky with finding shoes is a bit hit or miss. To be honest you're better off going to Bluewater and just getting the job done ??

Went to Clark?s because of their amazing range of boots. Amy the staff at tunbridge wells branch was super helpful. She not only knew the products, she was also very patient in explaining what I would need in winter to be warm. I bought 2 pairs of shoes . Clarks quality is amazing.

Myself and my fiance popped into clarks Tunbridge Wells yesterday to look for some a brogue style shoe for him and Max the lovely lady that served us (whilst serving at least 2 other customers at the same time) gave us several options and sizes and she found us a great pair of Black Brogues for our up coming wedding.Great service with a smile and a sense of humour. She was absolutely amazing and a asset to the company :)Thank you Max!

Lovely shop, lovely shoes, but always such a wait to be seen by anyone! We waited over 10 minutes on Sunday. Despite having the next in line ticket there was no end in sight. Had to give up as the kids were getting bored and restless.

Don't go at the weekend... waited over 30 minutes one time, staff didn't check my one year old daughters first pair of shes. Told me to come back in 3 months to get refitted WHAT?? Didn't even get acknowledged when one assistant was going back and forwards helping another family when my baby was getting more and more agitated.
