Some of the worst customer service you will experience. Wouldn?t trade in my Switch because missing stand. They did take joy cons and dock and gave me a voucher. Told me to bring Switch back if I found the stand, which I did the next day. Took it in and they said I couldn?t trade in without the dock. I had obviously traded in the day before. Their only solution was for me to buy back my equipment from the day before. The moral of the story don?t trust what they say and don?t expect a sensible resolution.

Absolutely unacceptable service at the Tunbridge Wells branch. I returned a drone, clearly stating I wanted an in-store voucher to upgrade on the spot. Staff acknowledged this ? then processed a refund to my card without telling me. Now I?m stuck waiting 2?3 working days for my own money, leaving my business at a standstill.
When I pointed out their mistake, I was told: ?It has happened now, there?s nothing we can do.? No effort to fix it. Just a shrug and zero accountability.
If you value your time, money, or business, think twice before trusting this store. They can?t even follow a basic request, and you?ll be the one paying the price.

Had a problem with my PlayStation and they sorted it out for me efficiently and in under 25 mins, good friendly staff who seem very knowledgeable 10/10.

I had some computer hard drives to exchange so I dropped them off, they said it will be about an hour to test and come back with a price.
After they were all tested I had a price, I took store credit and bought an item whilst I was there.
Friendly and helpful staff, I would recommend.

DO NOT COME TO THIS CEX BRANCH! Where do i even begin, i bought a backbone one controller for the iPhone which seemed to be good condition when i was testing it out, but it wasn't working fully, the disinterested employees (who were walking away from the desk constantly as They were ?helping me?) told me you need the the app to use it, i believed them as it came up with a pop up for the app every 5 seconds. When i at home and installed the app the controller connected successfully yet the second opened up the menu in the app. The stick drift was so intense that immediately went down to a bottom And I thought it might not have been stick drift maybe I?ll click something on accident or push that down so I just unplugged it back in (of course carefully) And once it was back in and connected the left stick didn?t work turns out correctly and either sometimes had heavy stick drift didn?t work or worked perfectly for all of this. I went to test all the buttons in the Backbone app And to my surprise, the L1 button didn?t work, the screen capture button Constantly kept on pressing and will come up with the screen record menu which is absolutely infuriating and Also would randomly press on its own. For a company which claims to test every product before purchasing from the customer (Which in my experience they have done really well at different branches for example, Dartford, Bexley, Maidstone) I think this is absolutely unbelievable to think that these employees bought the controller claim to have tested it I?m for it to be in fully working condition yet Reality They didn?t test it And had so many problems, rendering the device unusable An absolutely ruining my sons Christmas as this was his gift.

Happy to take Game consoles in part exchange, wipe all the data and then decide NOT to go through with the exchange leaving an 11 year old with a console and no games as the employee has wipped them off!!

Friendly staff and a good range from the PS2 and beyond era. It would be nice to see some more collectable titles but what they have seems fairly priced. Worth a look.
