appalling customer service within the shop, a doctors surgery is much quicker than the service provided here.
I waited 30 minutes before i was seen, there are many staff here but not many for the carphone warehouse section.
They should have stayed in the Royal victoria centre

Went in to buy one of the most expensive phones they had Samsung S10 5G. Tremendous sales opportunity. They had an S10 on display with details of the 5G above it but only one price for the S10. I asked about the price for the 5G and pointed out the disparity in the details and the proce card. The young female sales assistant proceeded to be incredibly rude and rather than see an amendment to the card as a good suggestion, tried to justify the ommission. One lost sale, and any commission and possibly further sales later I felt obliged to post one of the very few poor reviews I've ever had to post. If that's how carphone warehouse train their staff we wont be going back

Your know how service seems to have an issue knowing how to do its job correctly!!!! We ordered a new tv and cooker in your Black Friday sale. We paid for the tv to be put on the wall and our old cooker (which you fitted) to be taken away and the new one fitted. First you changed our delivery date without discussing it with us, second you called on the Tuesday to inform us you were coming to fit the tv Wednesday when we asked if it was the cooker too they said no we do not deliver items just fit TVs!! Our tv hadn't been delivered yet and was not due to be delivered until the Friday (a week later than the original date we were given) after spending an hour on the phone to your knowhow team we had to go in store where It took an hour and a half for a member of your staff to cancel our tv order and reserve us a tv in your Sevenoaks branch which we had to go and collect ourselves that evening so it could be fitted the following day (this was very inconvenient as we had to ask a friend to take us there due to the tv being too big to fit in our car) the tv was fitted on the Tuesday.
The cooker however was not delivered on the Friday a text was received to say this date had been changed to the Sunday despite checking in store whilst in there on the Tuesday attempting to fix the TV balls up and being reassured it was being delivered and fitted Friday!! I am 8 months pregnant and on returning from my baby shower Sunday expected to see my lovely new cooker fitted but NO. the cooker was delivered and left in the middle of my tiny kitchen with no date for fitting or taking away of the old one.
We returned again to your store first thing Monday morning where a lovely guy named Edward attempted to fix yet another balls up from knowhow. We were told the earliest date it could be fitted was Friday!!! Which left us 5 days with a cooker in the centre of my kitchen and no room to move around it again I'd like to point out I am 8 months pregnant and have to ask my partner or son to move said cooker every time I need to gain access to the fridge or cooker or sink! Friday has been and gone and there is still my lovely brand new cooker in the centre of my tiny kitchen. I am fuming, apparently it's not safe to fit the new cooker although the cooker we bought and had fitted from you 2 years ago was safe to fit the new cooker is now not!!! On spending yet another hour on the phone to knowhow and proving you fitted the last one (thankfully we kept the receipts) your team are apparently coming to fit my lovely new cooker that's in the centre of my tiny kitchen on the 24th of December 8 days away and CHRISTMAS EVE what an absolute JOKE. No doubt something will happen to cause this installation to not go ahead and we will be left pushing a cooker around a tiny kitchen attempting to cook Christmas dinner on our old cooker. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in the service we have received on the phone and in store since purchasing our goods. Not one offer of any kind of sensible apology or any attempt of any kind of a quicker fix.

For the OC World itself, I don't think the staff know enough about the individual products. Which might not be their fault as there are so many on display across different categories. Also the vulture like circling when you are browsing is somewhat off-putting.

Useless. I put my phone in for repair on a Thursday and the phone was still sitting in the store room the following Friday because they had 'forgotten' about it. Also they NEVER answer the phone. Someone needs to give them a wake up call.

Very poor customer service. Hidden costs see one thing on the website go into the store and get told have to pay extra cause they backed up data on a stick. Be transparent to your customers. Had to wait for 30 mins for a approval due to system error. Get told by the manager it's their partner company. I walked into PC world knowing its PC World not their partners who dictate their business. In short it took an hour to buy a product in a empty store. Wow

Went into this carphone warehouse after purchasing the wrong screen protector for an iPhone. A lovely girl called Sophie served me and pre ordered me what I thought was the right one as it wasn't in stock, on returning home I realised I had pre ordered the wrong colour so had to go back and change it, Sophie again serving me and being very patient and even undeservingly sympathetic. The correct one was then pre ordered and I received a phone call and voicemail the next day from Sophie saying it had been delivered and was ready for collection. Excellent customer service and she is an asset to the store!!
